Refund Policy

OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at supportteam@thegenesisstyle.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we will provide for you by email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**All of our products are crafted on demand and tailored to each customer's unique order. We do not maintain inventory in stock, which is why we cannot accommodate returns due to buyer's remorse. However, we gladly accept exchange for damaged or defective items.**

**We review all refund request orders that may be received not up to standard, which can rarely happen, as we order to make hand-customized and personalized products for each order. While we cannot consider refunding orders, we will consider issuing a remake at no extra charge.

As all items are made to order, and many of them are personalized, we are unable to offer refunds on orders if the error is not the responsibility of The Genesis Style.**

**Any Custom Printed Items on our site do not qualify for a refund. However, you are welcome to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.**

**Any Free Plus Shipping Items on our site do not qualify for refunds unless received damaged or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.**

ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Gift cards. Downloadable software products. Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Pleas do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at supportteam@thegenesisstyle.com.

We will send instructions to return/replace the item via email.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should email us at supportteam@thegenesisstyle.com

for instructions.

If the return is not a company error, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
