About Returns& Exchanges
Since every product is All-Over-Print (AOP), custom-made, and created to order, we handle returns differently than a regular retail chain like Walmart or Amazon, but with equal heart and
higher personalization intention.
Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Misprint or production defect
- Damaged item upon arrival
- Incorrect size or product sent by fulfillment partner
- Design flaws caused in production, not in ordering
Not eligible for return (but replaced if defect proof provided):
✘ Wrong size ordered by you
✘ Wrong address submitted by you
✘ Change of mind after production begins
All requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We may request photo proof for defects to process replacements quickly
Important:
We do not open returns for “just because” — but we DO open exchange or replacement requests for everything that should have arrived better than it did.
