FAQ'S

When will my order arrive?

Our items are made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping adds 1–8 business days (longer for international). You’ll see an ETA at checkout and in your confirmation email.

CanI change or cancel my order?

We can usually edit or cancel an order before it enters production. If you need to adjust items, address, or shipping speed, contact us ASAP with your order number. Once production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, we’ll replace or refund it—just contact us within 30 days with photos. Because each item is custom-made, buyer’s-remorse or size-swap returns may not be eligible.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. If tracking seems stuck or missing, give it 24–48 hours to update, then reach out and we’ll check with the carrier.

Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?

We partner with global fulfillment centers to produce closer to you. We ship worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs/VAT per local laws.
